In 1990, Michelle got married to Ross Kettle. Ross Kettle is also an actor and he is popular for his role in the soap opera, Santa Barbara. Though they were happily married, this married life came to an end in divorce. After that she had romantic love affairs with American actor, Reed Diamond for several months.
As a child, Michelle was interested in ballet dance. When she was child, she got enrolled at High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. There she received intense acting training. At the age of 16 when she was on a holiday spending her time in New York City, she auditioned for a film. The sad news, she was not accepted for this role. She signed an acting contract with William Morris Agency and finally made her acting debut on the soap opera, Guiding Light in 1987 where she starred the role of Dr. Sonni Carrera-Lewis. She landed her first feature film role in the 1993 movie, Love Bites. Her net worth is said to be around $3 million.
